Vacation: 15 workdays per year

Each incoming resident will receive a laptop computer to use throughout their residency.
Meals
All meals are provided free of charge at Waukesha Memorial Hospital for residents on call. Lunch is provided for all residents during the week when working at Waukesha Memorial Hospital
CME
$1,200 per year is available for continuing medical education
Gym Membership
All Housestaff receive a full membership at Westwood Fitness Center, one of the premier fitness centers in the county.
State License fees, DEA fees, USMLE or COMLEX fees and Board Exam Fees

Educational Loan Repayment Support
For each $1,200 payment toward your own student debt, Waukesha Memorial Hospital will match dollar for dollar up to $1,000 for each academic year.
Other Benefits Include:
- American Academy of Family Physicians Membership paid annually
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Life Support Obstetrics (ALSO), and Neonatal Resuscitation Courses funded in full.

- Annual Resident Weekend Retreat An all expense paid weekend for residents and their family at one of the area's major resorts each year. Quarterly resident get together with our faculty members taking call for the residents.
